customer satisfaction.Our quality assurance system is very strict and meets the requirements ISO9001.in most
cases,our standard is more stringent than the industry standard.
Our IQC team follows ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 sampling standards,responsible for the inspection of all inbound raw
materials .We follow the specific requirements of standard to test the plastic shell,copper wire ,lead, electrical com-
ponents ,and raw materials ,Our IQC team pays meticulous attention to raw materials high voltage testing,heat testing
and flame retardant testing.
As with wiring and cords,we will meet the requested requirements for swing-loading test.
To ensure fire safety,our IQC team goes through various test stages for wire,plasticshell heat endure testing,and flame retardant testing.
In addition,IQC team also conducts series of tests which includes:color consistency inspection,reliability test of temperature fuse ,and packaging hardness test.
After passing IQC team’s inspection,all parts would be placed in the storage and register to the system.All part follows “first in,first out”principle.All the parts though periodical test by the IQC team to ensure its quality.Sensitive electronic components are put in storage with temperature and humidity regulated warehouse.
During the production ,Our IPQC team will periodically take sample from the production line,check equipment reliability and instruments operational parameters,cheak proper execution of work processes and working methods,and evaluate operator proficiency.Other than periodical of checking,we benchmark our equipment with verified product and defective product to ensure the accuracy and reliabillity.Our productin process are set up for any anomalies and deviations so when it dose happen,there are appropriate processes for recovery.
Our OQC team follows MIL-STD-105E sampling standards and other safety regulation for testing,Testing includes visual inspection,electrical testing,including serge testing,and drop test .All electrical tests are assisted with computer to automatically documented and printed.This record will be attached to every of batch of models in the “quality assurance”document for every client.
Our QE team regulated conducts product reliability tests.From each batch of products, computer picked 10 samples for high temperature test and increase the voltage 6-10©‡ for burn-in test.We also conduct environmental reliability testing,vibration testing,and the drop test to ensure that the goods will not be damaged through shipping,Qualified products are stored back to the warehouse according to the order of completion.Each package is weighed before shipment to prevent missing parts.
